Sonata in A Minor is a duet for two men exploring proximity, sensitivity, sensuality and delicacy. Inspired by the Renaissance statues that line the piazza outside of the Uffizi Gallery in Florence, Italy, this work of contemporary formalism utilizes motion within stillness, timeless duration and vulnerable proximity in order to suggest a fresh view of the potential for male interaction on stage.
